Introducing Tablogs QR Code Generator: Streamline Your Sample Tracking

At Tablogs, we're excited to introduce QR Code Integration that makes sample tracking easier and more efficient. With Tablogs QR Code Sticker Generator, you can easily print QR code stickers for your samples. These stickers are then applied to your samples, allowing you to add and track each QR code using our mobile app. This process ensures a seamless transition of information from the field to the lab, reducing manual errors and improving data accuracy.

Why QR Codes?

QR codes offer a host of benefits for sample management:
  • Streamlined Tracking: Each QR code is uniquely assigned to a Tablogs label, enabling precise tracking and traceability of samples throughout their lifecycle.
  • Eliminate Handwriting Errors: Say goodbye to the hassle and potential errors of writing labels by hand. Our QR codes automate and standardize the labeling process, reducing human error and increasing accuracy.
  • Efficiency: Scanning QR codes in the app accelerates data entry and retrieval, saving valuable time and effort.

How It Works

  2. Apply Your QR Codes
    • Attach the printed QR code stickers to your samples in the field. Ensure they are placed securely and are easily scannable.
  3. Add QR Codes to Your Phone
    • Open the Tablogs app on your phone.
    • Access your project and select the log you want to update.
    • Tap on "Samples" and then the "Edit" button.
    • Locate the QR Code section on the right side of the table.
    • Tap the QR Code and use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code on the sample.
    • Save the scanned QR code data for easy access and tracking.

If you see a blank QR Code field, you can scan a new code. If a code is already present, you can rescan and update it as needed.
