Project Access

Control which team members have access to each project.

  • Staff with access to project: This section will contain users that can access the project which are added by the admin of each company.
    • Access: Admins can check or uncheck the person who can access the project.
    • Management: Admins can check the access by sorting by staff name, position title, roles, or groups.
    • Records: Admins can show minimal or big records by choosing in the dropdown.
    • Search: Admins can search specific words for a specific staff such as their roles, name, groups and title.
  • Group Access: This section will group team members and determine what projects they can access.
    • Permission type: Admins can select what type of permission the group can get.
    • Name: Admins can input names for each group
    • Members: Admins can check how many members are in the group.
    • Actions: Admins can delete the group anytime by clicking the trash bin button
    • Reset Staff Access: Admins can reset all the staff access in the group by clicking the button.
