Users can update the log status by visiting a specific project and going to the Logs page.
Users can also use filtering tags to view the logs they want to see.
- Users can choose statuses including:
- To do
- Field
- Preliminary
- Draft
- Final
- In Active
The log status can also be seen on the log PDF as a watermark when you enable the watermarks on the log preferences page.
This serves as a guide for the users to see what is the status of the latest works and a copy of their logs.
The logs will be updated when you change the status, making it on the top of the list which is based on the date the logs were last updated.
