Log Settings

Admins can access the settings page which allows them to configure how their organization creates logs. 

Once preferences are set, all users within the consultancy will adhere to the same compulsory logging preferences and description styles.

This ensures uniformity across the consultancy, with all engineers using consistent logging practices.

Settings Page:

• Company Profile
  • Description: Users can update and manage company details such as:
    
    • Company Logo
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Managing Password
• Log Configuration
  • Description: Users can create a template which can be applied easily while doing field logging.
• Log Settings

• • Description: Users can create tailored description styles for different components gravel/sand, clay/silt, peat, rock, and fill.
    • Specify which parameters are loggable in the logging workflow, this is restricted by the standards applied to the account on setup.
    • Designate which parameters are compulsory to log, allowing for flexibility based on consultancy preferences.
    • Choose what parameters are displayed in the final description.
    • Customize the order and punctuation between parameters in the final description.
    • Preview and adjust the description style before saving changes.

• • Moisture Logging Terminology: Users can select preferred terminology for moisture logging.
  • Percentage Make-up: Users can add slider bars to logging menus to log percentage make-ups for every profile logged.

• • Header and Footer Styles: Users can choose their preferred header and footer styles for logs.
  • Coordinate System Preferences: Users can select their preferred coordinate system for logging.
  • Test Descriptions: Users can enable to automatically add calculated results to the test description field.
  • Colour Palette Options: Users can choose between the standard Tablogs overlay colour palette and the paint colour palette.
  • Soil Graphic: Users can choose graphic and modify the colour and transparency of te soil graphic by using our rgba feature, preview will also update accordingly as the user chooses colors.
  • Compaction Logging: User can set log fill material using "Compaction" instead of "Density/Consistency".
  • Sample Oriented Description:  User can set log soil descriptions based on samples.
  • Auto Sample ID Format:  User can define their preferred format with following types such as: __-.
