Project Access

Control which team members have access to each project.



There are 3 roles with regards to a project:
Project Manager: Can edit data relating to the project, eg project location, they can also add other people to the project
Edit Access: Can create and edit data relating to logs
View Access: Can view the project and it's logs but cannot edit data
Project Comms: Receives notifications as project status progresses

Assigning staff to a project


Staff can either be assigned individually or as a group, currently if a group is assigned the user cannot be removed from a project.
Likewise if a staff member has the permissions "Edit all projects" turned on, you will not be able to remove them from a single project
