Configuring Staff Members

TabLogs lets you view, add and manage the staff that work for your company.

Main Menu: Users can easily modify the Staff base in the website

  • Staff
    • Allows the user to access and manage the staff you want to work with your company.
  • Add staff member
    • This button opens up a section on the left where you can add staffs to manage your account
    • Users can also specify the position title of each staff member.
  • Bulk upload
    • Users can upload staff details by clicking "Bulk upload" and choosing a csv file with information inside.
  • Action
    • Users can edit the staff's information by hovering on the pencil icon on the actions, and also delete them by clicking the trash bin icon.
  • Records per page
    • Users can make the list view shorter by clicking this dropdown and selecting the number of data you want to see on 1 page load.
  • Status
    • If the client is inactive, users can click on the status to make it inactive, and make it active by clicking it again.

Once the staff have been set, these team members will now be able to access their account using their own identity.
